Spatiotemporal Characteristics of Meteorological Drought and Wetness Events across the Coastal Savannah Agroecological Zone of Ghana

Drought and wetness events have become common due to global warming, warranting the need for continuous analysis monitoring of drought wet safeguard people’s livelihoods. In this study, Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI) was utilized analyze spatiotemporal characteristics in coastal Savannah agroecological zone from 1981 2021.
